The product works well. I've used it for years with good results. You don't need very much, I use 1/4 cup in a five gallon bucket. It cleans the car without stripping the wax, and dries to a streak-free clean.

I followed the directions and mixed the proper amount of water and Mother's car wash. The first thing I noticed was that this car wash does not remove insect spots (droppings)very well. I have to scrub extra hard on the insect spots until they finally came off. Previously, I was using Armor All car wash which removed the insect spots very easily. Perhaps the Mother's car wash is easier on the paint? Regardless, I am disapppointed in the amount of extra effort it takes to remove the insect spots. On a positive note, the Mother's car wash rinses off easily and it does do a pretty good job in general. But, I can't help wondering why it didn't work very well on the...well, you know.

Doesn't take much per bucket, so this will last me quite a while, especially with my tiny smart car.
Does a good job cleaning, as others have said, little residue so it rinses well and with a chamois dry, leaves the finish looking very good.
And doesn't "funk up" your washing mitt and other washing accessories as some other products I've used in the past did.

Here in Texas our cars don't get that dirty, however this soap does a great job getting what dirt we do get off.

Outstanding! Lifts dirt and dust all while preventing scratches, what more can you ask for. Lathers well and retains this property throughout the entire wash. Washed two cars (one being a half ton truck) without skipping a beat. And it is concentrated, highly recommended!
